How to correctly display modifications in a table?

There is a main table with the name of the product that has modifications. I display the modification block as a div in the cell on the next line. But this block occupies the width of the cell of the first row. How to stretch the modification block to full width on the second line? Are there ways to implement this with other tools, or is tables best suited here?
