How to correctly display Cyrillic in wxWidget?

Good day. I want to compile a project using wxWidgets, everything is fine, but it does not display Cyrillic.

I will explain in advance compiled in Visual Studio 2010 and as static libraries. I tried to assemble the project a little later in Code Blocks (I suddenly thought it was smarter) with the compiler, though from Visual Studio, and everything is the same.
What could be the reason ?

Convert the sources with literals to UTF-8 (with any text editor).
