How to correctly copy text from PDF to Word?

Good afternoon.
When selecting and copying text from PDF to Word, hyphenation is broken - new paragraphs appear in erroneous locations (hyphenation appears where it is not needed)
Is it possible somehow to copy a large amount of text without the need for further manual adjustments?

Word from 2016 version can open pdf with automatic conversion to docx
