How to correctly configure access to network resources from a remote desktop?

There is a server with 1c and 15 clients connecting to the server via rdp. On the server, users have an environment configured to open only the 1s application. Also a separate machine that is used as a file server. It has its own folder with access for each user and there are 4 folders with shared access for everyone. From 1s, you need to save the file on a network resource, i.e.: a person connects to the server via rdp, only 1s opens for him and then he chooses where to save the document, the explorer opens, there I add a shortcut, enter the user's credentials and after that the person can save files from 1s there. Periodically (or after I set up file access for another client), the already configured one loses access to network resources when saving from 1s (it asks to enter both login and password). What could be the reason, What do I need to add/configure? Never encountered this before. Is it because the client has an environment with one 1s application enabled? Or are the credentials overwritten for every other user's connection to the server? Server from 1c to windows server 2012 r2, file server to windows server 2016.

Issued new accounts to users with the same settings, this was the solution to the problem. What was the reason, I did not find out.
