How to correctly adjust the 1c database for an online store?

I have a small network of stores where the balances in the 1c database are displayed as in different warehouses.
It is necessary that the total balances (total quantity) be displayed in the online store, so that everything is displayed correctly, taking into account sales for all these stores and sales in the online store.
From the nuances, I can give some examples (we have doubled cards, different prices in stores (what price will be displayed in the online store?), deleted cards, etc.
Please tell me: is this possible to do using 1C-Bitrix?

As rightly noted in the comments, there is a mess in the nomenclature database, and it is necessary to start putting things in order in it.
As for 1C-Bitrix, the "Business" edition supports multiple warehouses and many types of prices. Theoretically, it will be possible to start stores in CMS as warehouses, and keep track of the balances separately for each warehouse, and, if necessary, summarize the total number for all warehouses. It will be more difficult with prices, because It is not clear how they are installed. It is possible to enter 1 type of prices for each warehouse / store, but which one to display from them on the site depends on your pricing policy (it will need to be developed and implemented if there is none). Offhand, you can think of 2 options:
In any case, when integrating 1C with 1C-Bitrix, it is important that the data be up-to-date in 1C, i.e. when selling goods in stores, it is necessary to somehow update these data in 1C.
Naturally, the online store does not solve the problem with the duplication of the nomenclature in any way. At best, it can help in some way to put things in order with the nomenclature on the site, if there is a bitrix developer, but there is no 1C developer.
