How to copy text in MC editor (Ubuntu/Putty) to paste on Toaster?

I connect to the Ubuntu server via Putty under Windows 10. I start MC there, open the file in the editor, I want to copy the text to use it on a Windows machine. How to do it?

Hold shift, select text, with shift pressed, click on the selected text LMB. To insert into putty on the contrary, put the cursor in the required place and execute the shift + insert key combination.

Another option: switch from putty+mc combination to putty4far2l + far2l , and get a normally working clipboard in the terminal :)
There will even be two modes: local, when there is a separate clipboard on the server, and a separate one on the client, and synchronized, when one and the same buffer is available there and there. The first time you access the clipboard, you will need to select a mode.
