How to copy shadows, gradients, etc. from PSD to CSS3?

Now with CSS3 you can do almost any shadows, strokes, glows, gradients, etc. But in PSD layouts, designers draw such different shadows, so many different variations, etc., that it’s far from easy to reproduce them manually in CSS.
What are the ways to copy shadow style from PSD layout to CSS3. Maybe some services or something else?
So that you don't have to sit and manually hammer CSS, choosing different values for box-shadow, updating the page until the shadow is the same as in the layout.

As indicated above, there is such a plugin: pnghat.madebysource.com
but it is paid.
Or you can make the desired gradient in a few seconds here: www.colorzilla.com/gradient-editor

Free plugin: css3ps.com sends to the server, you need to wait 10 seconds
Paid plugin: csshat.com ~40$ but there are more possibilities and immediately shows the code, incl. for preprocessors
Built-in functionality: helpx.adobe.com/ru/photoshop/using/copy-css-shape-...
