How to copy local Data Store to GAE server?

There is an application that I already filled with data on my test machine. I would like to copy the local Data Store to the Google server. Whole.

Is it possible to do this with system tools?

It may be possible to download_data on a local datastore and then upload_data of the resulting dump to a remote one. Haven't tried?
