I copied the public_html files, replaced all links from robinzon.uz to robin-zon.ru in the SQL database, imported the database, changed the address in wp-config and the database I needed to install. The site opens on a new domain, but when you go to the admin panel robin-zon.ru/wp-admin, the old admin panel opens robinzon.uz/wp-admin

In short:
1. Change the URL in Settings > General
2. Change the URL in the wp_options table in the siteurl and home fields
3. Do a file search. Replace the old domain with the new one.
