How to copy a specific fragment from different files into one?

Greetings!
For example, there is such an expression: Bryansk ([^"] *) Bugulma.
That is, it finds everything between Bryansk and Bugulma.
I have several files in which there is such a fragment and different words between them. How can I copy or output into one file all fragments?
