How to copy a blank using windows 8?

How can you copy a disc (CD) to another blank disc using the windows 8 operating system without using third-party software?
So far, I see only a strange way, transfer all the contents of the disk to a computer disk, insert a blank disk, write data to it, and then delete it from the hard disk.
