How to convert webm to .ts files for HLS streaming?

Hey!
I have a .webm file on the server.
I need to make a new .ts segment out of it so that I can write it to the .m3u8 manifest and stream.
I found only commands for .webm -> .mp4, and then .mp4 -> .ts, what seems not to be the optimal way
Can you please tell me the best way to get .ts from .webm?
