How to convert time back to normal?

I send a command to the device to show the time
01 03 20 00 00 02 CRC
responds:
01 03 04 00 00 49 98 CC 09
the number in bold rises to 255 and updates 49 to 50. I don’t understand how to do it so that it would be a normal time.
