How to convert these numbers into coordinates (in longitude and latitude)?

<map name="m_compass" id="m_kompass">
<area shape="poly" coords="10,8,20,18,33,18,43,7,25,0,10,8" href="javascript:void(0);" title="Nord" alt="Nord" id="north" />
<area shape="poly" coords="45,43,33,32,33,18,44,7,53,25,45,43" href="javascript:void(0);" title="Ost" alt="Ost" id="east" />
<area shape="poly" coords="9,43,19,33,34,33,45,43,27,53,9,43" href="javascript:void(0);" title="Süd" alt="Süd" id="south" />
<area shape="poly" coords="7,43,20,31,20,19,9,8,0,26,7,43" href="javascript:void(0);" title="West" alt="West" id="west" />
</map>

Are these numbers the coordinates? Or how can you convert them to real coordinates?

These are not geo-coordinates, but the coordinates of some kind of pentagons.
