How to convert text to curves BEFORE opening a document?

Is there a way to convert text to curves before opening the document? what kind of services? so that the fonts do not fly off immediately after opening. There are 100 pack files not converted to curves to work with.

This can be done with an open document, but in a slightly different way.
1. Create a new document with the same settings as your files
2. Click File > Place
3. In the Place window, make sure Link is enabled
4. Click Object > Flatten Transparency. Check the box next to Convert All Text to Outlines. Press ok.
Don't forget to unmask.
