How to convert .svg to svg code (,, etc)?

Not so long ago I came across a small code (about 20 lines) in jQuery, which makes the image in the tag with all the insides of the view and so on. Now, when such a task has arisen, I can’t find this code, I’ve already rummaged through the whole Google. Maybe someone has? svg-image consists of svg-code in advance. Open the image with any text editor and use the code as you like.
