How to convert rtmp stream to flv using AMS?

Good afternoon.
Adobe Flash Media Live 3.2 is available which streams rtmp://myserver/live to an Adobe Media Server (Unix). On the same myserver, a site was raised that broadcasts this stream using JWPlyaer. Everything is fine, but bad luck - rtmp streams are not supported on mobile and tablets. In the same JwPlayer only FLV format. How to solve this problem with the help of existing tools?
