How to convert pixel coordinates to tile coordinates and is it worth it?

I am making an interactive map based on Yandex api.
The map itself was divided into tiles and successfully assembled in the browser. The task is to select certain areas, but I just can’t figure out their positioning relative to my map.
Has anyone faced similar issues? I will be grateful for any advice.

PS If you are not too lazy to add points from yourself, I want to check for load, but I don’t have much desire to generate.
