How to convert html page from cp1251 to utf8 on nodejs?

I'm trying to parse the site, the page is encoded in cp1251, when outputting, I get diamonds with question marks inside, I tried using iconv-lite but the result is the same, I tried to get data both through http and request. Tell me how else to try
