How to convert from swf (flash) to html5?

I'm trying to convert from flash animation to HTML5 using Adobe Animate CC,
The program needs the .fla extension to convert.
Converting with Sothink SWF Decompiler to .fla
But after converting and opening the file in Adobe Animate CC, it swears at the version of ActionScript 1.0:

Please tell me how to change the version of ActionScript 1.0 to 3.0?
And is it possible to convert flash to html5 at all? Tried someone?

It's epic when the author says "I want to do it", and marks the decision "it's not worth doing it now".
