How to convert database dump to SQL?

The client sent a database dump of a site running on Wordpress. But the dump has an unusual format. It is a ZIP archive with files whose names correspond to the names of tables in the database. And the file extensions are .dat and .dsc. If I understand correctly, then this dump was created by some plugin for WordPress.
Who can faced similar? Can this be converted to the more familiar SQL format?

most likely he directly downloaded the database files from the server.
the simplest thing will be to upload them to any server in the same way, and there already make a regular dump through phpMyAdmin
