How to convert a table to 3rd normal form?

Database design

The task is as follows: the issuance of loans by the bank. The loan can be obtained by a legal entity. Information fields: Name of the type of loan, Rate, Name of the client company, Type of ownership, Address, Phone, Contact person, Amount, Date of issue, Date of return.
Interesting to know the options. It only occurs to me to create two tables Firms and Loans. Does anyone have any other options?
