How to convert a pencil-drawn image to vector using machine learning?

Hello.
There is a diagram of the apartment, drawn in pencil.

There is the same scheme of the apartment, but already in the vector.

How can you automate such a transformation, from a "manual" image to a vector one, using machine learning? Algorithms? Ideas? I do not even know where to start.
Thanks in advance

The task, of course, is interesting, but it will not be possible to automate this in practice.
It will be easier to draw again in specialized software - some kind of vector editor or some kind of CAD.

Google the Handwriting Recognition library for converting sketches into an image, then teach the neural network to isolate "pieces" from this (doors \ stairs \ openings \ other characteristic details of the drawing).
