How to control music with gestures in Phonegap?

In order for a notification with music control (buttons) to appear:

There is a cordova-plugin-music-controls plugin , everything works. The notification appears as in the screenshot the events from the buttons are caught, it is even displayed on the lock screen.
But on phones there is gesture control when the screen is off, for example, swipe to the right, when the screen is off, it switches the song. These gestures are not caught by this plugin. I also noticed that on the locked screen all music (vk, yandex, etc.) has the same look and, accordingly, everything is controlled by gestures.
But the notification from this plugin looks the same everywhere, including on the lock screen .
As I understand it, the application should use some standard methods to create this notification, and not create it itself.
Is it possible to make music control on Phonegap so that it is displayed on the lock screen "in standard form" and can be controlled with gestures?
