How to control iPhone through PC?

Is it possible somehow through a PC (windows 8) to connect to an Apple iPhone 4S/5/5C/5S/6/6S/7 and control it? But to manage remotely, let's say I'm in Muhosransk, and the phone is in Moscow. Well, or from an Android phone, can I somehow control the iPhone remotely? Thank you all in advance!
