How to continue recording a stream in ffmpeg when the source goes up?

Good evening, the crux of the matter.
I have a flv stream, recording is not done on the local network, but remotely, due to microlags, the stream recording is interrupted. Is it possible to somehow make the recording have something like buffering and not stop recording, but wait for the stream to continue?
