How to connect woocommerce to facebook page?

Please tell me how to solve the following problem:

There is a page on Facebook, initially I did not plan to make a website and connected a store to sell goods. Then, it was decided to make a small site on the WordPress WooCommerce platform in order to connect merchant acquiring. But, now I can not connect the site to the page on Facebook. Writes that the page is associated with a trading account that does not meet the requirements of the "Shops" service. Go to Commerce Manager and disable this account and continue.



In the help on Facebook I read how to do it. I go to Commerce Manager and can't find the Merchant Account Information section (point 3). To click the edit button there. Accordingly, I don’t see the Deactivate trading account button anywhere. I wrote to Facebook support but no response.



How do I still deactivate a trading account? Or maybe something can be done to make the trading account meet the requirements of the "Shops" service?

I solved the problem myself. It was necessary to remove not only the products from the Facebook page, but also the catalog to which the products are attached.
