How to connect webhook for telegram bot and run it later on heroku?

Hello, I wrote a simple bot for telegrams in python using lessons (I'm just a beginner in this business)
I want to put it on heroku, but I ran into a problem, what else is needed to have a webhook in the code, I have two questions now (
1. What else needs to be written in the code so that the webhook is there?
(I ask the code itself and describe it in detail, where it is necessary and what to insert (Example or something like that))
2. How to put the received ready-made webhock bot on the server heroku(I didn't figure it out myself either)
