How to connect Vuetify to Nuxt?

I can’t figure out how to connect Vuetify to Nuxt, to an existing project, I read the documentation, looked at the guides, a ready-made template is used everywhere, for this reason I can’t figure it out.
I know how to connect plugins (i.e. I created a file in plugins, connected it)
But connecting CSS files for variables and other magic is absolutely not clear to
me Maybe I'm very stupid :D
