Hello! How to connect via ssh in windows 10 so that a virtual disk appears in the explorer? Now I connect via WinSCP, but working with files is not very convenient

By regular means - in any way. Explorer doesn't know how to ssh.
Therefore, either winscp or FAR or another file manager with ssh/scp support.
Well, or try something from the 3rd party, like https://github.com/billziss-gh/sshfs-win, and map the remote file system via ssh to some letter.
