Can I connect 2 microphones to one computer audio output? And will one signal be superimposed on another? For example, a person's voice comes from one microphone, for example, music comes from another.

People use a mixer for this, probably not in vain =)
As an option, an external / internal, at least semi-professional sound card.
Or use the mic + line input. and software capable of writing from two inputs at once
