How to connect TV to a wired network through a router without DHCP?

Good day!
I ask for help, I suffer for a day. Obviously, I’m doing something wrong, but I don’t understand what ...
There are 2 routers A and B:
Router A (192.168.1.1) - some kind of non-name, optics from the provider (MGTS) enter it, DHCP is enabled on it server.
It has a fixed IP address 192.168.1.10 attached to the MAC address of TV
Router B (192.168.1.2) - Mikrotik, a cable from router A enters the ETHER2 port. The DHCP server is disabled on it, DHCP-CLIENT is configured on bridge-local (DHCP server specified as 192.168.1.1) I
connect the TV via cable to the ETHER3 port of router B with the settings:
IP - 192.168.1.10
Gateway - 192.168.1.2
DNS - 192.168.1.1
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
It gives an error "I can't connect to the network, check the correctness of the IP address, etc...."
If I connect directly to router A (indicating the gateway 192.168.1.1) - everything is ok.
Looks like there is something wrong with Mikrotik.
I will be glad to any help, ready to provide any additional. information.

@ifaustrue

Ummm, how did Router B become your TV gateway?
You have a flat network, all devices within the network must go to the only gateway of this network 192.168.1.1
Why are you doing something else? in order for it to work, you need to play with the masquerading settings (forward and reverse nat, to be more precise) on Mikrotik, but in the current scheme it is not at all obvious why this is necessary.

You didn't specify the model, so reset Mikrotik
/system reset-conf no-default=yes
to zero, create a bridge, and put all ports into this bridge. and wifi too

@Frankenstine

The TV must have network interface settings where you can enter the necessary data.

As a result, I scored and connected the TV past the Mikrotik with an ordinary iron switch - it all worked :)
