How to connect tv boxes to modx revo template?

There are cross-cutting elements on the site in the header and in the footer, these are phone numbers, emails, slogans, and other textual information that is displayed on all pages.
I would like to connect them through tv fields and edit them if necessary,
created separate tv fields with the names adress1.tv, adress2.tv, etc.

tried to insert the resource into the header.tpl chunk and where 3 is the resource id
but to Unfortunately, it didn’t help

Remove .tv from the name. The call goes through .
