I can’t find an Android application to implement such a scheme:
1. Android is connected to the TV in the HDMI port.
2. From a laptop on Windows 8, we broadcast a FullHD picture to an Android whistle [you need to find an application]
As a result, the TV works as a second monitor for a laptop without wires.

It will lag very strongly, look towards Intel WiDi or Miracast. Or cling directly.
