How can I use TOR at work, where a proxy server is installed, and on which Tor is probably prohibited, after installing Tor I tried all the options and connections, it keeps trying and trying to connect the green bar does not move, enough time has passed, or is it normal that it trying to connect for so long, tried to specify the proxy server address with a login and password, the same situation, it does not connect.

I think you just need to replace Tor with hola.org
