How to connect to VPN correctly?

Can't connect to VPN server.
I have server name, login with domain "INTERNET\user" and password. How to establish a connection with such a set of details?
When connecting, I don't use the "INTERNET\" domain (I just don't know where to enter it), could this be the problem?

See what connection protocol is used in VPNk. Depending on this, the input data changes. Find out which protocol and using the guide on the net (how to set up vpn ppoe / pptp / l2tp / etc.) you set up the connection.
