How to connect to the server via vipnet coordinator?

The essence is this:
In the local network there is a vipnet coordinator hw1000 configured to work with a remote secure network.
There is a file with lists for an example:
ip= 192.168.0.252
tunnel= 192.168.0.20 to 10.0.0.122
As I understand it, ip is the vipnet address of the coordinator
tunnel- these are the internal addresses of our network that the coordinator will issue through himself.
The question remains, what needs to be done on the client machine 192.168.0.20 to connect to the secure network address?
If it matters, a Mikrotik router is used
