How to connect to the server via SFTP?

There is a server on the digitalocean, on the server itself there is VESTA.
One computer with PHPStorm'om perfectly connects to the server via sftp.
Another computer with PHPDesigner - does not want to connect (exactly the same user, all the same logins and passwords) - says an authentication error.
The only difference is in the software.
Tell me what could be the problem?
And can 2 users be on the same SFTP account at the same time?
