How to connect to the server if the ssh key has changed?

There are a couple of servers, when setting them up I changed the PasswordAuthentication no setting in sshd_config. And so it happened that I reinstalled the OS locally. And I did not think that my keys would be lost. Now I can’t access the server via ssh, what options are there to restore access? Or now only reinstalling the OS on the server will help?

Where are the servers? For example, hosters always have something like a rescue console.

Physical login on the server, KVM, VNC, maybe more options. To accurately answer this question, you need to understand what kind of server it is, where it is and what kind of access it has, etc.
