How to connect to Raspberry pi from phone?

Hello, the essence of the question is this, there is an Rpi 2, with a (usb) wi-fi adapter, I bought it to connect from the phone via ssh to the raspberry. But there was a problem, in Rpi I need to enable the network scanning mode (wi fi) and when this wi-fi adapter disables the ability to connect to Rpi devices, and in fact I don’t have access to it. How else can I connect the phone with Rpi, because I only carry a raspberry and a phone, laptop or buy a monitor option is not suitable

The issue was resolved using usb and a phone. I turned on the distribution of the Internet on the phone, and by setting up Rpi I was able to connect locally via ssh and manage the wi-fi module without losing connection.
