How to connect to Odoo on AWS through a browser?

I chose an instance with Ubuntu 14... pulled Odoo from github. Configured via gitbash, prepared for launch and got up. I am a beginner, my question will seem very simple.
How do I connect through a browser to a remote server on AWS?
Tried to enter DNS IP and Public IP and created Elastic IP. I really can't go in.
I tried to prescribe public ip: 8069.
