How to connect to nextcloud database on another server?

There is a task to deploy a cluster under nextcloud:
- x1 Load Balancer (HAProxy / Nginx) - can you advise which is better
-x2 NextCloud
- x1 Redis
- x1 miniO
- DB Master and DB Slave

With the installation of the database and I figured out NC on one server.
But where to write the config if the database is located on another server?
