How to connect to MS SQL Express Server from another computer?

Good afternoon.
The question is: how to connect to MS SQL Express Server 2014 deployed on a home computer in Windows 8 from another computer that is connected to a homegroup and has Windows 10 installed on it? And to view existing databases through MS SQL Server Management Studio 2014.
I didn’t deal with this before, because I connected in an office where there is a centralized server and all computers are in a domain. I hope for your help: articles, links and more.
Thanks in advance to all who answer!

on the server, open SQL Server Configuration Manager, select Protocols for SQLEXPRESS in the element tree and set TCP / IP to Enable in the list that appears.
You also need to open Properties (Properties) and in the IP Adresses tab, in the IPAll item, specify TCP Port 1433, and clear the TCP Dynamic Ports value.
By the way, do not forget to open port 1433 in the firewall and restart the ms sql server service.
