2. Can't connect to MikroTik Winbox;
3. Netinstall does not see the flashing device.

1. Power off. 2. Clamped the reset. 3. Connected the power. 4. After 3-4 blinks of the LED, the reset was released. 5. Connect through port 2 by means of a plug.

There is nothing. No devices with SSID MikroTIk-XXXX(mac) are visible. Sadly, no WIFI.

Check if there are other virtual network adapters, if there is, disable it and try to flash according to the Netinstall instructions and yes, do it better from under windows, I also suffered for a long time not to flash Netinstall.
