It is necessary that FILZIL work with external FTP.
I couldn't find anything on google regarding my question. Everywhere it is written that it is necessary to lift the FTP server. I did according to this manual, but it did not help in any way, and it is not clear how it could help. Specifically, I did not find it for my problem .. Everywhere there are manuals for raising the FTP server.
When you try to connect, the following log is displayed in the connection window

What explanation is needed here? The username or password is incorrect, or the username is on the deny list (deny_users)

The problem was that when exporting settings from Windows, for some reason all passwords were saved encoded in base64. Apparently they did not return to utf-8 when importing.
Now I recoded everything back with pens, everything worked fine. Thank you.
