I do the same on Termux - it doesn't let me. Tried all sorts of tricks, but it doesn't work.
Registered the full path to the key ssh [email protected]_ip -i /data/data/com.termux/files/home/.ssh/digitalOceanSerg_rsa - also a flashlight.
