How to connect to Apache Tomcat server?

There is a database application (Apache Tomcat/7.0.53). I found an ini file that contains the server address, port, ip, and so on. I have a password to access the database through the program (the password from the database is obtained). How can I open the database through a browser using my password? When I enter the address, I get the Tomcat home page. Maybe you need to add some kind of request to the link? After all, the database is exactly there, just throws it on the main page.
