How to connect to an app on Heroku from a new computer?

You need to pull the application from Heroku to a new computer. I'm afraid to spoil something, that's why I'm writing here.
I went to the right folder for the application and logged into heroku:
heroku login
and then I don’t know what to do. Do not tell me?

then clone the rep and everything
