Is it possible to do this in such a way that the site admin can then, without worrying about setting up and initializing the plugin, simply delete / add pictures on the necessary pages , and they will be displayed and behave properly?
the problem is that the site is already using another gallery plugin, and it should also be left - for some other sections.

It's simple js and css. You connect everything. and MODX should give photos with the desired markup.
