There is a section of the information block "brands" and separate sections for products.
So, if in the admin panel you put "the section is not active" for a specific brand, then when you go to the brands, the site shows that there are no products, but in the clothing catalog there are all products of this brand are equally shown.
I need to write a code for products that have (brand active ? show : do not show).. How can I get the info of this section and its activity?
UPD: I implemented this in the brands themselves, there is an elementary $BRAND array there .. But when I open the clothes, this variable does not exist there, and I still don’t understand where it is set at all .. global $BRAND is declared, and above there are a lot of functions to connect, you can see, I didn’t understand anything ..
How, when opening one section, connect the values ​​​​of another section without sending extra values ​​(that is, just put the section into a variable and that's it)?
